Why did you select KSU for your university?
It is really friendly and everyone is so nice on campus, plus the atmosphere is great. It really feels like home here.
What's your favorite KSU tradition?
Doing the Wabash at games. It is really fun when everyone in the stadium is doing it.
What's a few of your favorite things about KSU.
K-State Rodeo, going to Pillsbury Crossing, going to the Athletic Events, and tailgating at football games :)
Describe your typical Saturday night in Manhattan.
If I'm not working, I normally make my way to Aggieville with friends for a night of fun. We love to go dance or karaoke and then end the night with pizza. Yum!
Do you have a favorite sport at KSU?
Football! The games are so much fun!
What is the dream job you would like to have after graduation?
Teaching second graders and opening up a costume shop. I love coming up with different costume ideas and making them.
Why did you choose to be part of the Women of KSU calendar?
I thought it would be a lot of fun and it has been! It has been a great experience representing KSU by being a part of the Women of KSU calendar!
What 3 or 4 words describes you best?
Easy-going, ambitious, and adventurous.
Why did you choose your major?
I just switched to Elementary Education, and I chose this because I love working with kids. I think they are so funny and I know that I will always leave work with something positive to say at the end of the day.
Are you involved in anything on or off campus you are proud of?
I am involved in KSU Ski and Snowboard Club and I am also a Johnson County Ambassador. I am also in a sorority at KSU and have a blast being involved in it!
What special talents do you have?
Acrobats, diving, snowboarding, and hula hooping :)
Name something that most people don't know about you.
I really don't like cooking at all. I always bake cookies and cakes for people, but I don't enjoy it as much as they might think.
What do you look for in a guy? What is sexy?
He has to be outgoing and adventurous. I love being surprised! He also needs to have a good personality and not take things too seriously. A good smile and confidence is sexy.
Tattoos - Turn on or turn off?
They can be a turn on depending on what it is. If a guy has a thoughtless tattoo it is a turn off, but I do think that some tattoos can be hot.
Would you say you are more country girl or city girl?
Definitely a country girl!
Roses or chocolates?
Neither! If a boy wants to impress me he will get me daisies. I like them better than roses!
What is your favorite part of being in the calendar?
I have met a lot of people through it and have made new friendships. Also, it is kind of fun when people on campus or in the community recognize you from being in the calendar.
